本项目位于河南省南阳市镇平县。作为当地的首个文化中心，承担着文化交流，小型图书馆，艺术展览，会议培训，社交活动等复合型的功能。 因此，在设计上，我们摒弃了传统的空间隔断，却而代之，用一个圆形的建筑空间包容性地将所有的功能空间融为一个有机的整体。 在景观设计上，利用现有的水体，将建筑至于水景之中形成独特的悬浮式的景观效果。

This project is located in Zhenping County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. As the first local cultural center, it undertakes complex functions such as cultural exchanges, small libraries, art exhibitions, conference training, and social activities. Therefore, in terms of design, we abandoned the traditional space partition and replaced it with a circular architectural space to inclusively integrate all functional spaces into an organic whole. In terms of landscape design, the existing water body is used to place the building in the waterscape to form a unique suspended landscape effect.
