       该项目位于遵义市播州区，是该市第一个高品质综合性的总部经济社区。作为一个具有强烈探索性质的项目，我们同委托方进行了多次详实，深入且尖锐的探讨，旨在探寻清晰产品真正的定位及潜在消费者的真实需求。在此基础上，我们将产品的核心研发定位在了“办公+”的层面上，通过灵活可变的空间组合，打造出一系列高集约性，高可变性和高组合性的多功能办公空间模式。

       The project is located in Bo Zhou district, Zun Yi city, and it is the first high class mixed use headquarters. As a project with its strong exploration nature, we have long term comprehensive, deep and sharp discussion with the client in order to dig out the real position of the product and the real needs of its potential consumers. Based upon the conclusion, we define the products as “office+” and through the combination of spaces, a series of high intensity, high flexibility and high combination mixed use office products are created.
