       我们对BRE 创意公园景观设计的策略在于将欧洲先进的社区建设经验和低碳排放的理念及技术应用到了整个设计当中。

       我们的设计手段旨在设计一个环境和谐的生态社区，而不仅仅是一群房屋的集合体。因此首要工作就是要统一房屋的设计标准。将场地原有的建筑物和拟建的建筑物在绿色建筑框架之下进行有机的结合，并且要规划出一种行走方式，最大限度的来展示在这个创意公园里面的生态建筑和景观的技术。

       根据竞赛的要求，我们将从以下几个方面来实现BRE 提出的绿色足迹框架的设计目标：

1.如何应对气候变化

a 减少一切形式的碳排放

b 将创意公园的能源需求最小化

c 将可持续性能源的利用几率最大化

d 将干净水的需求最小化，并且建立灰水收集设施。

2. 如何建立可持续性城市排水系统

       在设计当中，我们建议进行渗透性铺装系统以及设立雨水渗透地带，以此来收集从一切非渗透性物质流出的水体，例如屋顶和硬质铺装的地面。通过过滤清洁该水体，然后从新使用到例如花园的灌溉，绿墙的滴灌系统以及生活用水系统当中去。并且可以释放出少部分水体进入生态水池当中，该水池与自然排水系统相互连接从而形成生物多样性群落。

       THE DESIGN COMPETITION ENTRY was seen as an opportunity to provide the seed for future, more ambitious

     landscapes to complement the innovations in building technology within the BRE Innovation Park site.our strategy for the BRE Innovation Park landscape endeavored to draw on all the latest ideas in landscape and urban design from

       European-style homezones alongside aspirations for Carbon Challenge development. Our overall approach to the design was to create a neighborhood with a sense of place, where the dwellings were seen as more than just a collection of buildings. This involved the unification of the cluster of show homes on the site with the proposed new houses of the A2 House, Hemp House, Natural House and the Creo House.
