       本项目位于山东省烟台市高新区，占地面积约600亩。本次设计以居住升级为主导，以滨河休闲商业为依托，激发新区活力，展示新区形象，在提升城市整体形象的同时，彻底改善居民生活环境，完善相关配套设施，带动地块及周边的开发建设，打造一个多功能的复合型居住社区，成为滨河生态科技新城的新名片。

       The project located in the new and high-tech zones, Yantai city, Shandong province, as well as covered nearly 600 mu of good land. Design proposal is leaded by residential upgrading and based on waterfront leisure and commercial. Some factors like activating vitality , showing new image, enhancing the whole urban image and improving living environment of residents are all integrated into the design proposal as well, meanwhile, by improving complete facilities, the surrounded plots and construction works will be drived very soon, in such a case,  a new card—ecological and technical new city around waterfront—will be delivered as well.
