       本项目位于四川省眉山市岷东新区，属于岷东大学城核心片区。依托于前期整体规划布局以及产业定位，我们将该片区定位为眉山首个高品质复合型生态城市综合体。 因此，在业态的布局上，我们依托于地形地貌的根本特征将该项目以此规划为高端品质生活功能片区，教育产业配套服务片区，社区生活配套服务片区。 并且在各功能产品的研发上， 创造性的提出了空中花园洋房，青年SOHO公寓等产品。在整体环境的打造上面，充分利用浅丘的地形地貌特征，提出“立体花园”的开发策略。

       The project is located in Min Dong New District, in Mei Shan City, Sichuan Province. Based on upper level planning and industrial definition, we define the project as the first luxury eco-urban complex in Mei Shan. In order to achieve this goal, our proposal is composed by luxury living community, education service centre, and community service centre. In another hand, we propose the Sky Villas as the main product in our design as well as Youth SOHO apartment. In the field of landscape design, we take “cubic garden” as the chief strategy due to its hilly topography.
