       该项目位于遵义市汇川区联丰山片区。占地面积共计约23.9亩。经过同委托方多次的沟通以及结合遵义地区市场的现实需求和场地自身的资源优势，我们将整个片区定位为遵义市首个都市体育休闲运动度假村。基于这个定位，我们在业态设置上将体育运动设施同度假地产进行了充分的融合，以此同时，在建筑设计当中，充分考虑地形地貌的特征，将建筑体同地理环境进行了有机的结合。 在建筑风貌的设计当中，我们将维多利亚建筑风格进行了充分的运用，为整个项目营造出一个尊贵的整体氛围。

       The project is located in Hui Chuan district, Zun Yi city and the size of the site is about 1.6 hectare. By the comprehensive discussion with the client and based upon the local marketing requirement, we define the project as the first urban sport resort in Zun Yi city, by which, we merge the sport facilities into the resort organically. In architecture design, how to merge the buildings into that natural hilly topography is the first priority in our consideration, and we design the dwellings as the Victorian style to form honourable atmosphere for the whole project.
