       本项目位于遵义市汇川区境内，总体占地面积约678.5亩。作为一个田园文旅综合体，本项目旨在打造一处以现状农业环境保护为基础的，以高山休闲度假为主要功能载体的特色度假村。在本次设计当中，我们充分考虑了水体与自然地形地貌特征内在关联性，将一系列别具特色的度假产品布置在岸边，田间和山头，为游客和居民提供全方位、立体的度假体验模式。

       The site of the project is about 45.2 hectares and is located in Zun Yi city. As a pastoral complex, the goal of development is to build a mountain resort which is based on existed agricultural facility and atmosphere. We take the inner relevance between water and hilly topography into our consideration very comprehensively in order to combine the proposed construction with the waterfront space, the farmland and the mountain smoothly and organically, and to afford a cubic experience to the customers.
